Gretel and Hansel Gingerbread Skeletons
This movie made me so happy. Like The Witch this re-imagined fairy tale packs a lot of punch and provides a fabulous women centered story. It’s tense, but unravels masterfully. We made gingerbread skeletons to munch on while we watched, and while we did feel a little plumper, no witches were harmed in the making of them.

We used small cookie cutters so our baking times were 7 mins or so. Bake a small batch before a larger batch to understand your baking times. If you use bigger cookie cutters, you'll need a little more baking time.
