Soylent Green Pea Soup w/meaty bits
This movie is more than a dystopian vision of the future and literal nightmare fuel, it’s a grotesque and cynical view of the world. Of course, it’s a classic too.
We paired this movie up with a wonderful green pea soup w/meaty bits (Prosciutto on breadsticks) for that extra special crunchy yet fleshy feel.

Notes
This is a make and leave it recipe that doesn't require a lot of effort, but does require a bit of time. Plan ahead.
For the ham, we like a bone in ham hocks or the leftovers of a baked ham. We've tested this recipe with cooked bacon and it's not as good.
If you want to leave out the ham, use some liquid smoke.
