Ingredients
- 2 pounds of 80% fat ground beef
- 1 box stuffing mix
- 4 tbsps. Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup of beef broth
- 1/4 cup of ketchup or tomato paste
- 1/4 cup chopped onions ( optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped Celery (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all in ingredients except two of the tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce into a bowl.
- Incorporate well, but do not knead the mixture too much. Shape into a loaf sized pan
- Pour the remaining two tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce over the top of the loaf
- Bake at 350 for one hour
- When done let rest for 10 minutes
