Wax Covered Cherries and Goat Cheese – House of Wax
House of Wax (2005, panned on Rotten Tomatoes, but one of our favorites!) was all about layers. We layered cherries & raspberries inside goat cheese and covered them with dark chocolate. The fun of this dessert is in the gross idea that you are eating one of Vincent’s creations, without the guilt.
– We made these with dark chocolate too and while the picture isn’t great, they were delicious. The tangy goat cheese was a perfect pairing with the chocolate and the cherry / raspberry made these candies feel very House of Wax-ish
